Mia and Olivia!!

Mia is FULL of personality and is super sweet lovebug! It looks like some untrained child ate her ears off, but that doesn't bother her one bit!! She's energetic and strong and playful, so she needs to have an active family with older children. Mia really loves her toys!  She has been waiting for a home since 10/28!!


Olivia is a lovely little kitty, about 4-years-old, and is just a purrmobile!!  Little Olivia has been waiting for her new family to find her since 10/27!

Chester and Yana

HELP, we have been in SpokAnimal's care around a month and are desperately seeking Susan--or whoever would like to adopt us. We are 5 and 6 years old, already sterilized and ready for our new homes.  A really nice guy named Jim came into Petco on the South Hill, where we are currently residing in an efficiency apartment, and paid for our adoption fees--including licenses.  HOWEVER, we must go together because we are a team.  His name is Chester and mine is Yana.  Come in and ask
for us by name and one of SpokAnimal's great volunteers will help us hook up. 

AND THE WAIT CONTINUES FOR HOLLY

Holly, the lovely shep blend, is still waiting for her person to come in.  In spite of being a TV star on KREM Tuesday, she still waits.  She even sat up in her pretty pose for everyone.  This is a great dog that I would take myself if I had room.  Please come look--housebroken, rides well in the car, will keep cats out of the yard.......

speaking of cats, our cat in residence longest is Camilla.  She is a short haired ten year old black and white spayed female.  She is currently in residence at PETCO at Lincoln Heights.  Camilla loves to give hugs.  Come get yours today.

THIS BLOG ISN'T WORKING

Holly and Jazmine are STILL waiting for homes.  Holly had a bath this morning, been out for a walk and is ready for her television appearance in KREM at 1225.  Tell everyone you know.  Looking for positive vibes for these two.

still in need

Just got back from a break.  Holly joined us, ran for a few then came over and flopped down as if she was one of the staff.  Cool dog, even though not a puppy.  TOTALLY housebroken, sits up and begs and all around great ONLY DOG.

HELP PETS IN NEED--I am so excited, yes I am yelling

Today is the first day of my new blog for SpokAnimal.  Desperate House Pets is a diary of the dog and cat that have been at SpokAnimal the longest. Please spread the word and share the info on these great pets.

Dog of the day:  Holly  This wonderful shep blend senior dog has been with us since 8/14.  She is tan with black highlights and is 8-9 years old.  She sits up and shakes, works well on a leash and loves to go out.  Don't let her age scare you, she is very active and playful.  Holly needs to be the only dog in the household and best with older children.  Holly is very protective of her people and jealous of other dogs.  She does chase cats, so if you need your yard to be cat free, Holly is the dog for you.  Mellow personality and about knee high.  Come visit with Holly and let her win your heart.

Cat of the day:  Jazmine   This medium haired girl is tabby and white.  She is currently in residence at PETSMART at Northpoint.  Jaz has been with us since 8/22 and is about 2 years old.  She loves to cuddle and needs a house of her own.

We just did a transfer in of small dogs from our partners at the Yakima Humane Society.  We currently have 16 smaller dogs looking for homes, including Chihuahuas, Poms, Shih Tzus, and Doxies.
